Down Rigger 50 – 85 cm

Not to worry, there a lot of different names being used for the same product. Maybe 'drop arm' or 'low hanger' rings a bell. All different names for the same product. But where do you use this product for?

Application Down Rigger? 

In practice, you will use the drop arm to extend the point of connection for the equipment. Often trusses are to high up for equipment to be mounted to it. By using a low hanger you extend the the point of connection downwards. This is often done when mounting lights behind a band or DJ. By using multiple down riggers with different extension dimensions your set will become more dynamic. The down rigger is also often used for suspending TV screens at exhibitions. The trusses are often to high up, which is ideal for the exhibition lighting, but not great for the visibility of the TV screens. By connecting a down rigger, you can select at what height you like the TV screen to be displayed.

Features

The drop arm has an adjustable height. The arm is extendable, which enables you to select the right height for the job. Without using any extension method, the low hanger is 50 cm. Maximum extension will reach up to 85 cm. Are you looking for an even larger extension? Not to worry. With the help of an additional extension piece the drop arm can reach heights between 150cm and 185cm.
