We make renting all of your event technology quick and simple. Are you looking to rent lighting, a sound system, a TV, projector, truss, pipe & drape, stage, confetti or live stream equipment? Make use of our rental shop and choose the service package you want. You can choose to pick up and return the equipment yourself in Amsterdam or Breda, or choose to get the materials delivered to your location in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.

Picking up & Returning Amsterdam

Our pick up location in Amsterdam is located close to the A10 ring highway. Take exit S111 – Overamstel and you can reach us within minutes. The ring connects to surrounding highways including the A1, A2, A4, A7 and A8. Our Amsterdam location is open from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.

Picking up & Returning Breda

Our Breda branch is located in the lively industry park Minervum, right next to highway A27. The highways A58, A59 and A16 are just minutes away. Antwerp is a mere 30 minutes away from this location. Our Breda location is open from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.

Get it delivered

Don’t have the means to transport the materials you ordered, or do you just want to enjoy the convenience of delivery on location? We are happy to deliver your order to your door!

For a nominal fee, you can make use of our transport service. This service is available on any order above €125,- ex VAT. We offer transport at a competitive price, which is why there is a minimum order amount.

Set up and Break down

Do you want to enjoy the convenience of plug & play delivery? Then this service package is what you need. Your ordered materials will be delivered completely ready to use. We will take care of any installation.

This service is available for any order above €200,- ex VAT. For a nominal fee, we will take care of the transport as well as the set up and break down of the equipment.

Hire Information

Pick up & Returns

Our location in Amsterdam and Breda is open Monday to Friday between 09:00 – 17:00 for all pick up and returns of rented equipment. Too late return of equipment will incur the charge of an extra hire day.

Deliveries to your Venue

Available for minimum orders of €125,- Excl. VAT. Equipment will be delivered on an agreed part of the day. Transport services require ground floor access 25 meters or less from the venue. Any parking fees will be charged after the event.

Payment Procedures and Payment Methods

To guarantee delivery, payments are required in full at least one day prior to the first hire date. After receiving your invoice, you can pay online using:

Hire Period

  • Multi-day rental

    Are you going to be using your rented materials for several consecutive days? Make use of our quantity discount. This discount will automatically be applied to your shopping cart when you fill your dates in.

  • Weekend Rental

    Our two locations are closed during the weekend. Would you like to make use of rented materials during the weekend? No problem at all.

    Weekend rentals can be picked up on Friday and returned on Monday. Of course you will only have to pay for the days on which you use the materials.

  • Make a Reservation

    You can request a price estimate via our rental shop or by email. Then you’ll know exactly what the costs are of whatever it is you wish to rent. Our estimates are valid for 7 days and depend on availability.
