This conference call set is completely plug and play once it’s set up. You’ll only need a laptop with the desired meeting software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex or Skype. This set contains, among other things, a 4K TV screen measuring 75’’. This screen has a diagonal of 191cm and is 168cm wide. We include a TV stand in this rental, so that you can place the screen wherever you like. You will also be able to adjust the height of the screen. You will also be able to mount a VideoBar on this stand, underneath the screen. This VideoBar from Harmonic Design takes care of audio playback, audio recording and video recording using the built in camera.

Performance

On top of being able to provide sublime audio quality, this product also has a special built in camera. This camera has a standard angle of 120 degrees, meaning that you can capture the entire room on video, even if there are a lot of participants present. Do you have another meeting later in the day with fewer participants? There’s no need to adjust your setup. This camera auto-adjusts the image depending on how many people are present in the room. This way you can be sure that the people present are clearly visible at all times for your online participants. All of this happens completely automatically. The audio provided by this product is also fantastic. This Harmonic Design VideoBar has multiple microphones, which function independently of one another. The microphones are constantly adjusting to the situation in the room. This means that your online participants won’t hear a difference in volume between a participant sitting far away from the videobar and a participant sitting close by. This means that all discussions will be easy to follow, ultimately leading to more productive meetings.

Use

After the conference call set is installed, it’s easy to use. In order to display images on the 75’’ TV screen, you just need to connect the HDMI cable to the video output of your laptop. In order to make use of the camera and microphones you need to use the included USB cable. The only thing you need to do is to select the correct in and outputs in your chosen conference-calling program. Are you unsure if this screen will fit in your meeting space? Choose the smaller version of this set, which includes a 60’’ TV screen. This is more suitable for smaller groups and smaller spaces. The size of the VideoBar is also different in order to match the size of the smaller screen.
