Stage Ramp 80 cm

A stage: essential if you want the person on stage to be visible, but also very tricky in certain situations. Getting onto an 80cm high stage is only possible with a corresponding set of steps. If each step is 20cm high, you can get onstage smoothly and elegantly. However, this is not possible for people in wheelchairs or when changing heavy scenery or tech. In those situations we advise using a ramp. This incline ensures a smooth and equal surface which is ideal for these kinds of situations.

Stage parts are designed to create a flat and horizontal surface, but with the right accessories you can also use them to create a ramp. It is not so much the burden on the stage parts, but the burden on the accessories that usually makes this difficult. After all, it’s of the utmost importance that a ramp like this is safe. Our ramps make use of specially designed accessories. These attach the ramp to the stage and ensure a safe connection. The ramp is supported by a frame. When all parts are in place, you will have a 438cm long ramp, which starts at 0cm high and ends at the stage’s height: 80 cm. This ramp has a 10 degree slope- considerable, but still possible for a wheelchair user or for moving heavy equipment. This ramp has a width of 100 cm. This is sufficient for a wheelchair, but for moving large equipment you might want to consider a wider ramp. This is possible simply by placing two of these ramps next to each other. This will result in a 3 meter wide ramp. Make sure that you connect these two narrow ramps by using stage clamps. Safe and easy.

Finishing Ramp

We will supply you with a number of materials in order to give your ramp an attractive finish. This will allow you to use this ramp at luxurious events, such as a gala dinner or conference. You can fit this ramp with a stage skirt which will prevent guests from seeing the internal construction of the stage and ramp.
