Interchangeable Lens
Finding the right spot for a projector is always difficult. Do you place it in front of the audience, in between them or behind everybody? Each position has advantages, but also disadvantages. In order to even be able to use your desired position, you must first ensure that the image fits the screen properly. You can change the lens of professional projectors like this for this very reason. This allows you, for example, to use a telescopic lens when projecting from far away. A wide-angle lens is great for projection from a short distance. Instead of adjusting your projector to fit your situation, just adjust the lens. It’s that convenient.
Projecting from front or rear
Apart from changing the lenses, there are also choices to be made regarding the projection screen. This projection screen is supplied with two fabrics: a projection screen fabric and a rear projection screen fabric. This makes it possible to project from the front with the projection screen fabric. When doing so, the projector must be placed in front of, amongst or behind your audience. Using the rear projection screen, you will also be able to project from behind the projection screen itself. You can then project through the screen, as it were. Because of this, the projector is not in front of, amongst nor behind the audience and is therefore never in anybody’s way. A disadvantage is that the projection distance will remain the same, meaning that you will need to leave space behind the projection screen, resulting in less space for the audience. In order to lose as little space as possible, rear projection is often done using a wide-angle lens.
Projection Set Connections
This professional projector has many options for connecting your source. In most cases you’ll probably connect a laptop directly via HDMI. This cabling will come standard with this set. No HDMI connection on your laptop? Perhaps you have VGA, DVI, HDBaseT or SDI? These can also be connected directly to the projector. Do you want to double check that your connection is supported? Installing
This Epson EB-L1505 is a professional and powerful projector. This means that you can easily get overwhelmed by all of the settings and menus. This product is much more complex than consumer projectors. That’s why we strongly recommend letting us install and disassemble this projector set. That way you can be sure that on the one hand the equipment has been installed correctly and safely, and on the other hand that you are covered in case any damage occurs to these fragile materials during assembly or disassembly.
