Laptop Set – 8 pcs

Organising a business event? In that case it's likely that you will be needing some laptops. To update scenario, to check in guests or to edit presentations. This laptop set contains 8 Windows laptops making it ideal for backoffices, production offices or registration desks during corporate events.

Software Laptop Set

The laptops you receive are of course completely wiped. All the data of the last user will be removed. So not to worry about your data or log-in details. When opening the rental laptop you are ready to go at your event. Want to make sure your files don't get lost after the event? In that case, please save all the files on a USB stick before the end of your rental period. Otherwise all the work you have done on the laptop will be lost. These laptops run on a Windows 10 operating system. The only other software you will find on the laptop are part of the Microsoft Office Package. This includes Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Connection Options  

Our rental laptops are of the HP450 G3 i5 make and type. All laptops have four USB ports. Two with 3.0 and two with 2.0 protocol. This USB connections enable you to connect a printer, presentation clicker or USB stick. You can also use the laptops for video applications. The HDMI and VGA connection help you to easily connect a TV, touchscreen or projector to the laptop. Depending on availability during your rental period, the model and make of the laptop may vary.
