Online meetings are happening more and more frequently. With the growth of international trade and open borders, you see that companies are increasingly working together across borders. As a result, meetings or consultations can no longer exclusively take place locally. After all, the distance between participants is getting larger and larger. The solution? A conference call, online meeting, concall or whatever you want to call it. Setting up such a meeting is increasingly easy nowadays. Create a conference call and send it to all participants. They open the link and can join the concall using Skype, Webex, Microsoft Lync or Zoom. But what if not everyone at home (or at the office) participates in the conference call? It may also happen that colleagues meet each other locally and do a concall from their location together with another department, perhaps even in a different country.

Connect

The basis of this setup is your own laptop on Macbook. You simply use the desired software, such as Skype, Micrsoft Lync, Zoom or Webex. Nothing too new so far. Don't have your own laptop? You can quickly and easily add a laptop or Macbook to your order via the related items at the bottom of this page. Once you have opened the desired concall program, simply connect this concall set to your laptop using the included USB cable. Usually the laptop will immediately recognize the conference phone, after which the incoming and outgoing audio will run directly through the device. Not happening? No problem- you can use the audio settings on the laptop to set up your own in- and outgoing concall device. Would you rather keep the laptop free for other things during the conference call? No problem. This conference call set can also be connected to a phone or tablet via Bluetooth. In this case, you must also use Skype, Zoom, Webex or Microsoft Lync via the app of your choice on the smartphone or tablet.

Conference Call

Expecting a max of 10 participants during your concall? Then this set is perfect for your needs. With a base station and 3 external microphones, you can be sure of crystal clear audio during your concall. How does this work? As mentioned before, you can easily connect a laptop or Macbook to the base station using the included USB cable. If using phone or tablet, connect it to the base station using Bluetooth. The base station is mainly used for the other party's audio playback as well as for the purpose of connecting. You will hear the other party through this speaker. It’s powerful enough to produce clear audio for up to 10 people. In addition, the base station is also equipped with 3 internal microphones. These are positioned so that the base station can capture sound from all directions. Since there are always differences in distance to the base station with a group of 10 people, this concall set has been expanded upon with 3 external microphones. This means that each participant is approximately equidistant to a microphone, so that the sound is captured evenly. The other party will hear all participants at an equal volume, making the conversation pleasant and easy to follow. Expecting more than 10 people during at the concall?
