Perhaps a quick consultation with your business partner about a new purchase? The digital world is changing rapidly and with it more and more possibilities are becoming available for remote meetings. This saves valuable travel time, but above all a lot of money. Sending an invitation is no longer difficult nowadays. You can create a meeting quickly and easily, after which you can send the invitation to every participant by email. A simple click on the link and you’re in the middle of the meeting. With our equipment you can simply use your favourite platform, such as Skype, Webex, Microsoft Lync or Zoom, which are all supported by this set.

Connect

Connecting is easy. This set’s foundation is your laptop or Macbook. The equipment in this set serves to support or supplement meetings between large groups. The speaker and microphone in a laptop are not powerful enough for 2 participants. Don't have your own laptop or macbook? Easily add them to your order via the related items at the bottom of this page. After starting up the desired software for the meeting, simply connect the equipment to the laptop or Macbook. Usually the laptop will immediately recognize the meeting equipment and the audio will automatically run via the conference phone. Not working? Then you can manually assign the equipment using the laptop's audio settings. Would you rather use the laptop for other things during the meeting? It’s also possible to use a phone or tablet as an interface for the meeting. In this case, you need to connect the phone or tablet to the device via Bluetooth. Then you simply open your app of choice, and the meeting’s audio should be heard via your device.

Meeting

Expecting a max of 20 people at your online meeting? Then this conference call set is ideal for your needs. This set consists of a base station, 5 external microphones and 2 separate speakers to play audio. This way you can be sure that every participant can follow the meeting perfectly, but also that the other party can hear your voices with the utmost clarity. How does this setup work? You can quickly and easily connect your laptop to the base station using the included USB. Using a tablet or smartphone? Connect to the base station wirelessly by using Bluetooth. The base station is mainly responsible for all connections and the exchange of signals. The base station also has 3 internal microphones. These are installed in the casing in such a way that sound is captured omnidirectionally. However, in such a large group, not every participant sits the same distance away from the base station. As a result, not every voice is picked up equally and not everyone will be heard equally clearly by the other party. This system has been supplemented with 5 external microphones for this very reason. This means that there is a microphone close enough to each participant so that everybody can be well heard. The sound produced by the other party is heard via two compact external speakers on an elegant stand with a round base. This ensures that every participant can hear everything clearly.
