All Around Truss

Do you really want to be noticed during a convention? This convention stand makes it possible for all sides of your stand to be visible for the public. It is very inviting, as you can enter the truss stand from all sides to look at the products. Perfect for an island stand in the middle of a convention venue.

Adjusting Truss Dimensions

Truss is a modular system. This means that we can easily increase or decrease the size of the stand. We can lengthen, widen, or heighten in 29, 50 and 100 cm increments. The dimensions of the basic product are 7 x 7 x 4.21 metres (L x W x H), but can easily be adjusted according to your needs. We are happy to provide you with an estimate upon request.

Lighting

There are 4 powerful spots in this set to illuminate the inside of your stand, and another 12 Floodlights to illuminate the banners. Is your convention stand larger than the basic size, or would you simply prefer more light? You can easily add more lights to your order via the related items bar a the bottom of the page.

Banners & Truss

With so much space for banners, you probably want the banners to be top quality! We can take care of this for you, so that you know that they will fit and will be neatly mounted. Send us the content of the banners at least 12 working days before the delivery day, and we can print and deliver them to you. You can choose (see related items) for single or double sided banners. You can also find the elastic set you will need to attach the banners.

Setup and breakdown days

Every convention location has different regulations. There are maximum height restrictions and technical safety bylaws. Ask the convention organisation what is permitted and what is forbidden. This can change per year and per location, for example in the Amsterdam RAI, Utrecht Jaarbeurs, EXPO Houten, Ahoy, Event Hall Gorinchem, Event Hall Hardenberg, EXPO Antwerp, EXPO Brussels, and the Messe Hallen in Germany.

Tips

Height

At most fairs you need permission for structures higher than 2.5 meters. We advise you to get permission in time.

Artwork

It is important to design your artwork in the correct ratio and size. Always ask for the dimensions of the banners before you start designing.
