Characteristics DPA 6066 Microphone

Compared to it’s predecessor, the DPA 4066, this DPA 6066 has an even more minimalistic design. The capsule of this microphone is only 3 mm in diameter, making it almost ‘invisible’. This however does not compromise the sound quality. In fact, this has only improved. The new DPA 6066 has a more clear, consistent and sustainable sound than the other headset microphones of the brand. The new headset weighs less and is better adjustable. Small ears, large ears, wide of small neck? This headset covers it all.

Ease-of-use

Beside it’s minimalistic design and unprecedented audio quality, this headset microphone offers another cool feature. You can attach the microphone boom on either side of your head. So you can adjust the headset so that the boom is on the side you prefer.

Connection

As with all DPA microphones the DPA 6066 is equipped with a MicroDOT connection. To use these microphones in combination with transmitters and receivers, you will need a special adapter. With this adapter you can connect the microphone to a wireless beltpack of the system of your choosing. Are you using Sennheiser? Then the 6034 adapter will be the right choice.
