Astera AX2 PixelBar Set
The newest member of the Astera family, the AX2 PixelBar is now available for rent. With this set of 4, you rent a multifunctional wireless LED bar package, that can be used for all kind of events. As mood lighting at a corporate event, as frontlight for a studio, atmospheric light at a gala or as outdoor facade lighting, the Astera AX2 set is up to the job. With it's internal battery, this fixture can operate wirelessly up to 20 hours. With it's IP65 rating, it can even be used outdoor. What else could you possibly want from a LED bar?
Indoor
As above-mentioned, this type of fixture can be used for any purpose. It's a true allrounder. Most commonly however, it's used as atmospheric lighting at events. At a conference, corporate party or as lighting in a studio. With the useful little stands, the AX2 can easily be used as uplight. Using these stands, the LED bar will point upwards and beams the light evenly over the wall. A very useful feature is BarConnect+. This enables you to easily connect the pixelbars together and keeping the distance between the pixels the same. More-over, being completely wireless, you save on setup and dismantle time. This beside the fact that lights without cables are always a better aesthetically.
Outdoor
With it's waterproof housing and IP65 rating, the AX2 PixelBar is perfectly suitable for outdoor use. Making it an ideal fixture for facade lighting, architectural lighting or lighting of art objects. Snow, rain, hail, the AX2 will weather the storm. The use of wireless lighting devices outdoor is very practical. Without the use of cables, there is no need for constructions or floor mats to ensure road safety.
Controlling the PixelBar
This AX2 PixelBar set comes with the infrared remote control. This remote control enables you to use the basic functions of the lighting fixture. Rigging Accessories
Besides using the included little stands for the AX2 and using the fixture as an uplight device, there are far more options. The LED bar comes with two special TrackPins. With these TrackPins you can attach a SuperClamp to the fixture. Enabling you to suspend the PixelBar either horizontally or vertically to a truss, single tube or other grid. Also part of the package are TrackHangers. These are to suspend the LED bar to a grid or truss. All these accessories can be mounted at multiple positions on the AX2 bar. The pixelbar has an Airline Track that gives you plenty of options and positions to mount all the above-mentioned accessories to.
Beam Angle PixelBar
The beam angle is very important for the use of any lighting device. That's why all AX2's come with accessories to alter the beam angle. Without the use of accessories (filters), the 16 independent controllable LED's have a beam angle of 21 degrees. If you prefer a wider beam angle, you can use the 30 degrees filter. Are you looking to get an even wider bundle of light? There is also a 120 degrees diffusor included in the package. The included barn doors give you plenty of options to cut off the lighting beam at the required spot.
