When using projection at corporate event like a convention, conference, seminar, workshop or presentation, you want to make sure that the video content is displayed in a manner that all guests can see it bright and clear. First thing to ensure this will be to make sure you have rented a powerful projector. Secondly you will have to make sure the image you are displaying is crisp and clear. A wide angle lens can help you with this in certain situations .

Short distance = Wide Angle Lens

In small settings you are often able to move the projector around to fill the screen. However at corporate events this is not the case. The projector is often suspended of the ceiling, so moving around isn't an option. The only way to mitigate this problem is by adjusting lenses. With the help of a wide angle lens projecting over a short projection distance (distance between projector and screen) is possible. In contrast to a normale lens, this specific lens projects very wide. As a result the picture is displayed larger than with a regular lens.

Interchangeable lenses 

Unfortunately not all types of lenses are interchangeable. For example, it is not possible to replace the lens by another brand. This simply won't fit in the projector. This wide angle lens is suitable for the Epson projectors in our rental fleet. This includes the 7000 lux projector and 12000 lux projector.
