Christmas Drive Thru

Every year, about 1500 Odion employees are committed to providing professional care to people with disabilities. Children and adults. At home or outdoors, at work or during leisure time. They provide care that is in line with the development of the client. To thank all employees extensively, Odion went big with this year.

Commissioned by MetService, a beautiful Christmas drive thru was provided to thank employees for their services and to hand over the Christmas package, entirely in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines. As soon as you entered the site, you immediately entered a fairytale Christmas world with lighting, dancers and singers, Christmas figures, an entertaining DJ and of course Santa Claus.

An event with a theme

In order to realize a drive thru completely in Christmas theme, there was intensive collaboration with a decorator. On the one hand, we took care of the basis on which they could get to work. This includes all kinds of rigging materials, such as truss, ballast and grip. On the other hand, finalizing the decoration by adding the right lighting. At this location we made frequent use of the Astera AX5. Due to the wireless functionality and weather resistance of these fixtures, we were able to quickly and creatively install the lighting for the stalls, tents, trees and truss constructions.

We also took care of supplying and controlling all audio for the background music, DJ and singers on the Odion site.
