TV Set – 75 People

Are you organizing a workshop (or a presentation or seminar) and are you looking for the right tools with which you can display the presentation? This TV set guarantees a clear view of your presentation to up to 75 people. The actual number of people for whom this workshop set is suitable depends on the presentation’s content. If a lot of spec sheets, tables or graphs are going to be shown, we don’t recommend using this set for the maximum of 75 audience members. In this case we advise you to either reduce the number of audience members or to increase the number of screens. If you will mainly be displaying videos and graphics, these screens will sufficient for the specified number of people.

What’s in the TV set?

This TV set consists of two 50" Smart TV screens on which you can display your content. To simultaneously display images on both screens, the signal from the laptop is distributed by an HDMI splitter to both screens. You will only to connect 1 HDMI cable to your laptop, as if you were connecting a single TV screen. We recommend double checking which type of connection the laptop has. Does it have an HDMI connection? Perfect. Do you have a Mini HDMI, VGA or DP connection? Don't worry- we can also connect these, but please specify what type of connection your laptop has. This will allow us to adjust the cabling accordingly.

Audio

Is there audio in any of the videos in the presentation? You’ll need audio playback too. Because you will be using a splitter, the audio will not be played through the speakers in TV screens. This is why it is necessary to add an external sound system. This will guarantee clear sound for all 75 audience members.

Assembly & Disassembly TV Set

Have you set up a single TV screen successfully? Then you’ll probably also be able to set up this workshop set properly. Setting up the TV screens is no different than setting up a single TV screen. There are only some slight changes with regards to the cabling. Not sure if you’ll be able to install this set? Or do you simply not want to worry about the installation of any of the tech at your workshop? No problem. Via the shopping cart you can easily indicate that you would prefer the products to be installed on location. We will take care of the correct and safe installation, so you can start presenting immediately.

Additional Accessories

There are numerous accessories that a guest speaker may need for presentations in addition to those used to display the content. These may allow him or her to present in a more pleasing and flowing way, allowing the message to be better understood by the audience. You can think of a presentation clicker.
