TV Set – 200 People
In the past, if you wanted to create a large image you needed to use a projector and projection screen. This sometimes led to distracting situations, as this type of equipment only really comes into its own in dark rooms. Nowadays, daylight is highly prized, even during congresses, presentations and workshops. That’s why it’s good that there are now audiovisual solutions for these types of situations. That’s right – TV screens. Nowadays, TV screens are available in such large sizes that they have truly outdone projectors in this field. This set consists of two gigantic 4K 85" TV screens on a stand. With this TV set you will be equipped to provide an audience of 200 people with crystal clear images.
What is included in this TV set?
As mentioned, this workshop consists of two 85" TV screens on an elegant black stand. The screens can be attached to the stand at any height. This allows the setup to be completely adjusted according to the needs of the audience. Standing or sitting audience, big or small space? Anything goes. For simultaneous display of the same content on both screens, we supply an HDMI splitter with this workshop set. Using this splitter, you can - just like with a single TV screen - use the HDMI connection on your laptop. The splitter distributes the signal to both screens. We recommend checking whether your laptop has an HDMI connection. This is necessary for the signal to reach the TV screens. Does your laptop not have one? Please let us know which connection your laptop has. Using a special adapter cable, we can convert the signal so that you can still use this set. Of course, it is also possible to rent a laptop with an HDMI connection. Don’t forget about the audio! The sound produced by the TV screens is not powerful enough for groups of up to 200 people. We therefore recommend using an external sound system so that you can be sure that everyone can clearly understand your presentation. Rent one of our

Screen Dimensions
The dimensions of TV screens are usually given in inches. This is useful if you work with them every day, but most people don’t. Estimating the dimensions of such screens is therefore often quite difficult. These screens have a size of 85". This comes down to a screen diagonal of 216 cm. This is the distance measured from bottom left to top right. In short, this is a very large screen that would not even fit through the door of most homes.
Setting up a TV set
Because of the huge dimensions of these screens, they are very fragile. Expertise in these kinds of materials and technology is needed for safe setup and disassembly. Any form of damage can quickly become very expensive. We therefore always recommend letting us set up and disassemble this workshop set. That way you can be sure that the materials are installed safely and correctly. You also don't have to worry about the risk of damage. Less stress is always a good thing.
Accessories
Renting this TV set will provide a good basis for giving presentations, but there are plenty of accessories available that can make things even easier for a speaker. These include items such as a
presentation clicker or
