Spacer Truss 10 cm

Using truss, you can build almost any construction you have in mind. You can usually express the most creative ideas without any problems. Using various lengths, corner pieces and accessories, trusses can be mounted to each other in various ways. Depending on the choice of parts you can vary the length, width and height, as well as the shape and the way trusses are coupled together. In spite of all these possibilities you are somewhat limited. Of course, you always have to watch out for the load capacity of the truss. Exceeding this capacity will result in an unsafe construction. It’s also not possible to make an exact construction at every length; for stability reasons the parts are not extendable or retractable to create the exact desired length. Fortunately, you can use a spacer.

Dimensions Truss Construction

Creating certain lengths or heights is possible anyway, as long as you’re happy with working in whole or half metres. With the help pieces such as the 29, 50 and 71 cm truss, you can also create other dimensions, such as rounding off the length or height to -29, -50, -58, -71, -79, and -87 cm/ There are possibilities. However, sometimes these lengths can’t create the desired result, in which case you can choose to add a special spacer. This spacer is basically a very short 10 cm long single tube.

Spacer

This spacer isn’t precisely 10 cm long; the exact length is 10,55 cm. You can therefore use this spacer perfectly, because on one end you will find the male version of the conical clutch, and on the other end the female one. Using it between different trusses is no problem at all. Your couplers will match perfectly so you can continue creating your construction on both sides.
