Drape Support 180 – 300 cm

Besides uprights you will also be needing drape supports when it comes to building pipe & drape. These supports offer the surface needed to mount the drapes. The joists are connected via a special pin to the upright. This pin fits perfectly into the 4-way connector on top of the uprights. Every joist only uses 1 pin. This means you can connect up to 4 joists to one upright. This allows for large and creative constructions.

Application of the Drape Support 

Completely retracted this support has a length of 180cm. Extended however this goes up to 300cm. This makes it the most common used drape support of the pipe & drape line. With a span of 300 cm you can quickly build large sections of pipe & drape. This keeps the material costs and labor time low. Do you like to make the pipe & drape fit the venue perfectly. For that purpose we also offer a 90 - 120 support in our rental assortment. This will help you get the most out of the venue.

Use of the joist

Just like it's little brother, this support also has Velcro on both sides of the beam. This makes connecting any drapes to it very easy. If you rent your drapes at our rental shop Velcro is automatically included. However if you like to use your own drapes it wise to check whether they have right Velcro strip needed for connecting the drape.
