Numerous terms can be found floating around on the internet. What can fall under the umbrella of the word meeting? It goes without saying that this set can be used during meetings, but it’s also suitable for use during discussions, break outs, or work consultations. A complete sound system which certainly provides enough sound for groups of up to 50 people. It also includes a control rack.

Meeting

Since this is a complete set with 12 table microphones, this set is very suitable for meetings, work consultations, break outs and discussions. This set can be used by groups larger than 12 people, since not every person may need a microphone. How can you find out how many microphones are needed? This often depends on the setup of the event. The table layout often says enough. When the management or board of a company comes to hold a meeting or discussion with the rest of the staff, they often sit behind a large, wide table. During such a meeting, microphones are often placed in the room for the visitors. The board is easily understood through the table microphones. Is the work meeting going take place between the different 'layers' of a company? Then you often encounter a slightly different table layout, usually a square or U layout. Often the microphones are distributed amongst the available seats. It happens more and more frequently that not every speaker has to have his or her own microphone. In this day and age it’s more than logical to have to share a microphone with a colleague. It’s no problem at all to have to share a table microphone. Sharing a microphone between two people won’t even be at the expense of ease or efficiency. As a result, you can use this meeting set for meetings up to 24 people. You can feel free to share microphones between more than 2 people, but this could come at the expense of user friendliness. If 3 people share a microphone, this set is suitable for break outs and work meetings of up to 36 people.

Microphones

Table microphones? Why is this type specifically used? This has mainly to do with the timbre of these microphones. Because of the specific sensitivity of these table microphones, they sound flawless both up close and a little further away. It’s not a problem if a speaker talks into the microphone from a bit further away, so you don't always have to make sure to talk very close to the microphone to be well-understood. In addition, this table microphone has a flexible neck. This means that the microphones are easy to bend into the desired position, making it easy to share these microphones. You can bend the neck of the microphone quickly and easily to the desired position. A table microphone does not stand on its own. It is attached to a separate 'foot', allowing it to stand stably on the table. Our table stands have a diameter of only 13 cm and therefore take up hardly any valuable space during a work discussion or meeting. Our table stands are also equipped with an on/off switch. This allows every speaker to easily switch their mic on and off. A quick consultation with a colleague - without the other guests being able to listen in – then becomes a possibility. Speakers

Of course, the sound must also be heard. It goes without saying that this has also been thought of. This set comes with two compact speakers on an elegant single pole stand. These stands only have a flat base plate and an upright pole- not an ugly tripod with protruding bits. This set will not be out of place in luxurious hotels, convention centers and meeting venues. The speakers produce enough sound to provide groups of up to 50 people with clear sound. All necessary cabling is included in this set.

Directing

Already got the jitters? This is often the moment during setup where people get tense. There’s no need for that nowadays! We've set up these meeting sets so that even a "layman" can work with them. The mixer is based on a touchscreen and looks a lot like a tablet. After a brief explanation, everyone can understand and work with this system. The very compact control rack is of course provided with a subtle skirt, so ugly parts are hidden from view. This results in a quite elegant-looking setup. Are you not an AV professional? Then we always advise you to let our technicians assemble and disassemble this set. Then you are guaranteed no worries and are always ready to use at the start of the event. The materials will be delivered on location and picked up again. You only have to worry about the assembly and disassembly of the materials yourself.
