Magic FX Power Drop

This Magic FX Power Drop Set is a complete drop cloth system for creating spectacular reveals or openings. With its extremely trustworthy and fully automatic system, you can drop this cloth from a great height with one push of a button.

Use of the Drop FX 

By readying the cloth and creating tension before the audience arrives, you can create a very spectacular opening or reveal. The Magic FX Power Drop system is very easy to use. By connecting the Power Drops to power (normal 230V current), the cloth will be unlocked, allowing it to fall to the ground with a flourish. Every Magic FX Power drop has a hook which allows you to connect the cloth using metal rings. We can provide you with the right colour cloth. Use the 'remarks' box on our request form. Does your cloth not come with rings? No problem! You can also use special curtain clips to fasten Magic Power Drops.

To install the drop system

To guarantee that the curtain falls during your opening, it's important to make sure that the Power Drops are not hanging more than 1 metre from each other. This ensures that the power is spread out evenly over all Power Drops, making it a certainty that the cloths will fall. On top of the even distance of max. 1 metre, it's also of the essence that Power Drops are installed at identical heights. You can use a truss to ensure that this is done correctly. With this modular system, you can build a construction according to your wishes for this drop cloth system. You could use a goalpost or a suspended truss or goalpost for this purpose. This set consists of 10 Magic FX Power Drops which will fall with the push of a button. To make your reveal or opening moment even more spectacular, you can rent a large red launch button. With one triumphant press of a button, the curtain will fall spectacularly.
