An ideal presentation will run smoothly, without technical problems. Normally, playing video clips or audio files from a laptop will make use of the standard headphone jack connection. This jack is perfectly fine for connecting a pair of headphones, but it is very unstable for amplifying sound installations. We advise using a special laptop DI box for this purpose.

Characteristics

This DI box was designed by Radial, and is connected via the USB port of the laptop. This port is much more stable, but also takes some of the pressure off of the sound card of the laptop. The sound processing fully takes place in the laptop DI box. This ensures constant, high quality sound, which is highly suited for amplification via sound installations.
