This device can handle everything related to your conference call.

Connect

This conference call set works using a laptop or phone which is connected to this conference phone. If you are using a laptop, it can simply be connected with the included USB cable. In many cases the laptop immediately recognises the conference call system and the audio runs directly through this device. Not working? Then you’ll need to select the right audio input and output in the online meeting program. Would you prefer to run the online meeting or livestream via your phone or tablet? No problem. It’s possible to connect your tablet or phone to this conference phone using Bluetooth. If you do this you simply need to use the Skype, Zoom, Webex or Microsoft Lync application on the tablet or phone. The conference call will then run through the conference phone.

Online Meeting

Are you expecting a maximum of 6 people at the online meeting or livestream? Then this conference call set is perfectly suitable. This set consists of a base station and external microphone. Using the included USB cable you can easily connect the base station to a laptop. The audio of the other party will be heard via the base station. This is powerful enough to provide at least 6 people with clear audio. The base station is equipped with internal 3 microphones. These microphones are placed in such a way that the base station will pick up sound from different directions. This online meeting set is equipped with an extra external microphone especially for the participants who are further away from the base station. The audio of these people will also be well heard thanks to this extra mic. As a result, the other party will not hear any difference in volume between the different participants. Are you expecting more than 6 people at the online meeting? Then our larger set with 3 external microphones is better suited for your needs. This conference call set is suitable for up to 10 people.
