Converter SDI to HDMI

Many video apparatuses such as TVs, projectors, or screens have an HDMI input. This signal type is not suitable for transport over long distances. In order for this signal to be transported over long distances, it must first be converted. This Blackmagic Design Mini Converter allows you to convert the SDI signal from your source into an HDMI signal. With an SDI cable you can transport a signal up to 100 metres.

Connecting

The SDI cable is simply connected to a video output on your source. The other end of the SDI cable is connected to the Blackmagic Design Mini Converter. You connect the HDMI signal on the other side, which is then connected to the TV, projector, or screen. All you have to do is provide the converter with power using the included adapter. The setup is then ready for use!
