Placement of projection screen

The setup of this screen is easy to do for all. This type of screen is known as a 'pull-up'. The only thing you need to do, is to pull it up to be able to use it. Want to know more? The screen is packed in a sort of tube casing. This protects the projection screen during transport, but also serves as the base of the screen. Under the tube casing, two feet are mounted. When you turn the feet of the screen 90 degrees, it generates the stability you need so that it won't fall forwards or backwards. Once that's ready, you pull on the latch to shift the screen to the desired height. The integrated scissor-system with gas springs will help you pulling out the screen upwards.

Front Projection

This screen has a black coating at the rear to ensure no light will pass through. This means you can easily position the screen in front of a window without getting any type of reflection on the screen itself. As a result, you will only be able to use the screen in case of front projection. Rear-projection is unfortunately not possible with this type of projection screens. Other screens in our rental stock, like the 120", 147" and 183" will be able to also provide you with a rear-projection option.

Dimensions

Like all our projection screens, this type also has a 16:9 display ratio. Nowadays this is the most commonly used display ratio, which all laptops and computers should be able to produce. Therefore most of the videosource will directly fill the whole screen. Are you looking to present a PowerPoint presentation on the screen? In that case, please bear in mind that you make sure the display ratio is set on 16L. This setting makes sure the white projection area of the screen will be completely filled with your presentation. This projection screen has a width of 180 cm and a height of 102 cm. Due to the black edges of the screen, the netto projection surface is 174 x 98 cm (width x height).
