Décor placement at an event is reliant on several factors. Of course, the dimensions have to fit with the location. Is your décor too big? Then it simply won’t fit. The size also has to fit the stage and the number of guests. If the décor isn’t the right format, it won’t be aesthetically pleasing. This is tough at smaller evens. There’s often simply a lack of budget for advanced blueprints and 3D visualisation. The solution? Choose a backdrop or back wall with an adjustable height and width, which comes with a black drape for a neutral and chic end result.

Backdrop properties

This backdrop consists of 3 sections: a central back wall and two side walls. This allows you to create side wings, so that guest speakers are hidden from the audience’s view before they go on stage. The central back wall has a maximum width of 6 metres. Is this too wide for your location? You can adjust this up to a minimum of 3.6 metres. The side walls have a standard width of 2 metres, but can be adjusted between 1.8 and 3 metres. This allows you to adjust your backdrop according to your wishes. It’s also possible to connect one or both side walls to the central wall, rather than having them be free-standing. Place the walls at a corner of the central wall is also possible. This means that this backdrop is suitable for pretty much any event location.
