Audiovisual Partner of Event Organisers

As an event organiser, it’s in your best interest to take care of as many things as possible through a single supplier. This saves time of course, but also creates more synergy between different products. In the end, it will help you to create a coherent show. It is easier to come up with complete plan together with one partner rather than consulting different suppliers. This is known as the ‘one-stop-shop’ principle. As an audiovisual supplier, we can of course help you with any audio, video and lighting technology you need.

However, a large part of our work also consists of creating decors, backdrops and stage sets. A truly complete package. You can of course come to us for a simple black backdrop, graphic frame or wood construction. However, most of our clients are interested primarily in ATOMIC Modular Systems.

At a time when the shift from physical events to hybrid or live stream events is happening more and more quickly, you can of course contact an audiovisual supplier to take care of all of your equipment. However, what you probably actually need is an audiovisual partner who can advise you about everything you need to think about when organizing a (partially) online event. Luckily, you have come to the right place.

Decor

You have to think differently about your event  from the get go. Whereas you always used to have to think about how your event looked in person, you now have to worry about how it looks on screen. The majority of the visitors will participate digitally. Using ATOMIC Modular Systems, we can provide perfectly suitable décor in the style of the event. A treat for the eye, but also certainly for the camera!

A set of ATOMIC Modular Systems consists of separate panels. Together these form a complete construction. These panels are available in many variants: two- and three-dimensional, but also open and closed. All these types are also available in different designs, so that the appearance of your decor always perfectly matches the atmosphere you want to create.

Personalise

Do you want a fully personalised decor? We can provide panels with stickers or even a custom design, such as a cut-out of a logo, for example.

Small Set

Are you organising a small-scale event or is the space in which the presentations will take place very small? Then it will be unnecessary or perhaps impossible to place a large decor. Fortunately, ATOMIC Modular Systems are also perfect for compact setups. This decor consists of, for example, two SuperColumns which are each 4 panels high. This comes down to a height of 2.3 meters. For a dynamic effect, these SuperColumns are rotated 45 degrees, creating depth differences in the decor. Between the pillars is a backdrop which is also 4 panels high and 3 panels wide??. This creates a backdrop with a total width of 2.30 meters. In this example, the panels have been decorated with a personalised print, but the setup can of course also be executed with design panels of your choice. We can create such a setup in about 45 minutes.

Medium Set

Will several people be speaking at the same time during your event? Do you have a discussion or Q&A scheduled for your live stream or hybrid event? Then we recommend a larger set. This way the size of the backdrop will correspond to the number of speakers. This creates synergy between the different camera shots. This setup consists of two freestanding SuperWalls, each 10 panels wide and 4 panels high. This is equal to 570 cm wide and 230 cm high respectively. In the example, we chose to use the 2D Bubbly panel, but there are plenty of designs to choose from. This allows you to make the back wall completely fit in with your live stream. Techy? Atmospheric? Chic or informal? Anything is possible. Installing these two SuperWalls takes about 90 minutes.

Large Set

Are you designing a complete studio for live streaming of a conference, seminar or presentation? Then the best choice is a large ATOMIC Modular Systems decor. Often, these large setups are chosen for a hanging decor. In these cases, panels hang from a truss or tube frame. Since the decor does not have to hold itself up, this is very cost effective. This example consists of a hanging wall which is 20 panels wide and 7 panels high (11.4 x 4 meters). Installing a décor like this takes 60 minutes.
