We are located a short distance from all large conference location in Amsterdam, such as the Amsterdam RAI, Postillion conference centre, and other conference hotels. It is absolutely no problem for us to visit your event location or to provide you with advice for your event. You can come to us for a whole range of audio options, from a small presentation set up to an entire conference.

Renting a catchbox

The catchbox is an ideal way to create interaction with your audience. It makes a Q&A more playful and means that you don’t have to worm your way through the audience with a microphone. The catchbox is a soft cushion with a built in microphone. This is easy to toss into the audience as well as to pass around. You can visit our Breda location for the rental of a presentation set, complete audio systems with wireless microphones, and more. You can visit our Breda location to pick up your reserved sound devices between 09:30-15:00 on work days. HWC Events & Rental Breda is 2 minutes away from the A27 highway and is also easy to reach from Belgium.
